Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between Vivien [Nachname] ("the Voice-over Artist") and the client regarding voice-over recordings and related services.

2. Services
The Voice-over Artist provides professional voice-over recordings as per the specifications agreed with the client (script, style, length, delivery format, etc.).

​

3. Quotes & prices
Quotes are provided in EUR (or another agreed currency) and are valid for 14 days. Prices include the agreed usage rights. Additional services (e.g., script changes after recording, extra versions outside included revisions) may be charged separately.

4. Delivery
Recordings are delivered via email, file transfer service, or cloud storage. Delivery times are agreed in advance; urgent requests may incur an additional fee.

5. Revisions
Minor revisions (tone, pacing, emphasis) are included free of charge. Script changes after recording are treated as new work and billed separately.

6. Usage rights
The client receives the agreed usage rights upon full payment. Any use outside the agreed scope requires a new licensing agreement.

7. Payment
Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in work being withheld until payment is received.

8. Liability
The Voice-over Artist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the agreed project fee.

​

9. Cancellation policy
If the client cancels after recording has begun, the full agreed fee remains payable, unless otherwise agreed.

​

10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
